About Alyssa
CultureKlatsch’s student assistant producer, Alyssa Haskel, is a second-year English graduate student at the University of Colorado Denver. Born and raised in Florida, she fled the heat and found a love for film and television studies while in her degree. The function of popular culture within our society is a point of interest for her, as well as the ever evolving commentary found within media. She loves to stay up-to-date with the current buzzing shows and is most recently hooked on “Lovecraft Country.” When not watching TV she is out enjoying coffee in one of the hundreds of Denver cafes, soaking up the over that seemingly year-long Colorado sunshine, and obsessing over her dog.
